Our booking, cancellation and service terms. Please review before confirming any event with us.
Section One
Refund Policy
A booking is confirmed only after an advance payment is received. The advance amount depends on the service booked (catering, farmhouse, Nikkah arrangement or a combined event package) and will be shared in writing at the time of quotation.
Cancellations made well ahead of the event date are eligible for a partial refund of the advance, minus any costs already committed on the client's behalf (bookings, raw material, staff scheduling). Cancellations made close to the event date may not be eligible for a refund, as venues, kitchens and staff are reserved specifically for that date.
We understand event dates sometimes shift. Where possible, we will move your advance and booking to a new date, subject to availability of the venue, kitchen slot and staff for the new date.
If a confirmed service is not delivered due to a fault on our end, the client is entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for the undelivered portion, or a credit toward a future event — whichever the client prefers.
Section Two
Terms & Conditions
Final guest count, menu selections and venue details must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) no later than the timeline agreed at booking. Charges are calculated on the confirmed guest count; significant last-minute increases may incur additional charges.
Farmhouse venues are rented for the agreed date and time window. Any damage to property, fixtures or furnishings beyond normal use is the responsibility of the client and will be billed separately. Décor, sound and staging vendors brought in independently by the client must be coordinated with our team in advance.
Nikkah bookings at Bahria Town Mosque are subject to the mosque's own availability and schedule. Documentation required for the Nikkah (CNICs, witnesses, etc.) is the responsibility of both families; our team assists with coordination but is not liable for delays caused by missing documentation.
Singers, Qawwal groups and other performers are booked on the client's behalf. Performance timing and setlists are coordinated in advance, but exact arrival times can be subject to the performer's own schedule on the day.
Syed Caterers takes reasonable care in planning and executing every event, but is not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our control — including weather, venue access restrictions, or third-party vendor delays.
